I'm Chris and sport has been at the forefront of my life from very a young age; from playing cricket and rugby; to enjoying a run along the seafront back home in South Wales. It was a natural progression when I studied Sports Science at Exeter University. Since then, I have built up my experience in a variety of settings including corporate wellbeing, private healthcare and gyms. I have experience providing specialised health assessments, as well as over 10 years providing evidence based training plans for clients with a range of goals: from exercise-rehabilitation, weight loss, to improving sports performance.
